Each studio room benefits from a kitchenette, a double bed, a desk top work area, cupboards, a shower, basin and WC. There is also the benefit that the broadband and all bills are included. We can offer a secure parking space for an additional charge (please enquire on application about this as there are only a limited number of spaces). There is also a bike store, laundry room and communal gardens to the rear of the building. The rooms are available from 1st September 2024 to FULL TIME STUDENTS ONLY.

As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments.
Before the tenancy starts (payable to Francis Louis 'the Agent')
Holding Deposit: 1 week's rent
Deposit: 5 weeks' rent
The holding deposit, the equivalent of one weeks rent, will be allocated to the first months rent once satisfactory references have been received. The holding deposit is non refundable, if a tenant withdraws their application once referencing has commenced or, if misleading information is provided or information is withheld on the application form.
* Referencing charges do not apply to tenants of assured shorthold tenancies, student accommodation, or licences but may apply for other types of tenancy ie company lets and contractual tenancies.
References will start immediately upon receipt of the holding deposit
