Adam has been an estate agent in Exeter for 20 years and in that time has sold thousands of houses for the best possible price. Adam is also heavily involved with Cullompton Cricket Club and is their head of youth cricket. He also plays for their adult sides. Adam is married to his wife Jemma and has three children, three cats, two rabbits and a dog.
Jon has been a property professional for over 25 years. He has vast experience in many sectors from residential sales, achieving the best price for customers to property development. Jon now lives in central Exeter after moving from London.

Welcome Olivia to Francis Louis, coming to us from Buckinghamshire having completed her LLB Law and French Law degree at the University of Exeter. Her strong analytic and communication skills have equipped her to excel in negotiating and closing deals. In her free time, Olivia is an avid netball player, playing for the County team at Cranbrook Arrows. Her competitive spirit and determination to win, both on and off the court, means that Olivia is exactly who you want to sell your house and close any deal.

Having previously worked as a letting agent, Sammie brings a comprehensive understanding of property management, tenant relations, and the local rental market. With an eye for detail honed by her background in Interior Design, Sammie has a unique ability to envision how spaces can be transformed, ensuring every property she manages stands out and feels like home. Her creative flair adds an extra layer of care and style to everything she does, from selecting the perfect furnishings to advising on aesthetic improvements that enhance rental appeal. Outside of work, Sammie is a lover of nature and enjoys spending her free time walking through the beautiful countryside. Her passion for the outdoors reflects her calm, grounded approach to both life and work. From registering clients and booking viewings to handling contracts, Amy has quickly demonstrated her efficiency, professionalism, and commitment to delivering exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. Not only is Amy a dedicated and hard-working team member, but she is also a warm and friendly presence in the office. Her positive attitude and approachability make her a pleasure to work with, and she consistently goes above and beyond to ensure the best outcomes for all involved.
Outside of work, Amy has a deep love for dogs, and her caring nature shines through in everything she does, both professionally and personally.

Charlotte has gained her passion and knowledge for the lettings property industry at the age of 19 years old in Somerset, before moving to Exeter full time to build on her career.
Joining Francis Louis, she is determined to help all clients to the best of her ability, supporting their needs to insure a smooth and friendly process.
In her spare time Charlotte enjoys supporting football as well as being outdoors, and spending quality time with friends and family.

Jemma has been involved with Francis Louis for the last 4 years and now her kids have gone off to school, she is able to commit to the business full time. Jemma is happy to meet all landlord/tenants needs and she is eager to help in any way she can.
Sally Sharland

Sally has been in the industry since 2014 working in the Lettings and Property Management Department and has worked in customer services for over 30 years. More recently she has moved to Finance and HR within Francis Louis.
She loves to eat out and exercises as much as her free time will allow by walking and jogging. Her 3 children help to keep her busy.

Welcome George to Francis Louis! A man of many talents, George has joined us as Sales/Lettings Negotiator. With a background in Astrophysics, his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Exeter, he’s got an analytical brain that puts us all to shame. In his free time, you will find George singing at Exeter Cathedral, as he is a tenor choral scholar. We are so happy to have George on board our team!
